We are seeking candidates for the following positions:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience, leadership ability and understand the complexity of managing large scale projects. This individual will:

Support the CEO operationally in every aspect of the business

Manage all full and part time associates including ensuring timelines and goals are met to deliver the best client experience

Manage and contribute to strategies and goals as they relate to sales, marketing and growth of the company

Manage every deliverable created by the team for quality and accuracy

Hiring, training, evaluating and ongoing coaching of the team as needed

Work closely with benefits and payroll manager to ensure payroll, bonuses, benefits and other related details are properly executed

Work with bookkeeper and team to ensure finances are tracked properly and in an efficient manner

Work with public relations and content team to ensure our work is submitted and presented properly in all outlets

Scheduling and creating team assignments for on site implementation of events and other projects as needed

Track metrics at every level for improvement and growth

Contribute improvements and strategies to cultivate an amazing client experience while leading a growing company

This is a full time, salaried position and will work in our West Hollywood studio. This is not a remote position nor is there flexibility for it to develop into one. Weekends, evenings and travel are requirements of this position.

EVENT PRODUCER

We’re seeking a seasoned event producer to serve as the project manager for our events throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience and have a strong passion for and background in weddings. This individual will:

Lead and manage all aspects of events, internal teams and vendors

Oversee every step of the event planning process from proposal to on site implementation including full ownership of all financial expenditures and budgets related to each celebration

Manage internal event team including design, production and status

Develop and maintain high level contact with new and existing clients

Supervise Production Manager, Design Manager and Event Associate on a daily basis

This is a full time, salaried position and will work in our West Hollywood studio. This is not a remote position nor is there flexibility for it to develop into one. Weekends, evenings and travel are requirements of this position.
